August 17, 2007, Newsletter Issue #79: Foam Pillows For Stomach Sleepers

Tip of the Week

Not everyone is able to sleep in the same position every night. Many people move around the bed, either sleeping on their back, stomach, or both. As a result of this, their pillow should be able to withstand any movements of the body. For example, someone who sleeps on their stomach might be more susceptible to waking up with sore muscles and stiff joints, especially in the head and neck region. However, with a foam pillow this problem is solved. Anyone who sleeps are their stomach can still benefit from the straight alignment of the spine and neck, while the foam cushions the brain and skull. A foam pillows are definitely the path to the most relaxing sleep ever!
